How can I find out if you have something before I come in?
Looking for something specific? Wondering if we have something in stock? Feel free to give us a call and we’ll let you know!
Are food and drinks allowed inside?
Yep! We even offer free popcorn and coffee, so no worries.
Do we need to call ahead for the birthday castle?
You don’t need to! Let us know when you come in that you’re here to visit Artie’s Castle and it’ll only take just a couple of minutes for us to talk to Artie and be sure he has everything all set up for the birthday kid. If you prefer to have the castle ready as soon as you walk in, feel free to give us a call when you’re on the way.
How can I add extra gifts for the birthday castle?
Visiting Arties castle is totally free, and he’ll always leave a few treats for everyone. If you would like to add some extra gifts for your birthday kid, we’ll wrap them in our special golden paper and put them alongside the provided gifts.
You can either stop into the store in advance and pick out your extra golden gifts, and we’ll have them all ready for your official birthday visit, OR if you’re already in with the birthday kid, just tell us and we’ll work to get you checked out and wrap them for the castle as discreetly as possible.
When is the dungeon playroom open?
During all of our normal business hours! When we’re open, so is the Dungeon.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes! We have gift cards available for purchase in store or over the phone!
I live out of town but want to get a gift for someone in Cincinnati, can you help?
Yep! We can help you out over the phone with making purchases, and even wrap your gift for when the recipient picks it up. Both toys and gift cards can be purchased over the phone and picked up at a later date.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes! We love pets! Bring in your fuzzy friend, whether they’re a dog, cat, or dragon and we’ll give them some treats.
Do you wrap gifts?
We do! Our gift wrapping is always free. Just let us know which items you want wrapped and pick out a paper! We have papers for any occasion, from ‘just because’ gifts, to birthdays, to holiday papers during the season! We’ll wrap your gifts on the spot and you’ll be good to go.
I can never find a place to hide my gifts from the kids, can you help out?
We sure can. You can leave your presents here and we’ll keep them safe and sound (and away from peeking eyes!) Just pick them up when you need them.
